Photoshop CC 2015 Error when importing Video Frames to Layers

hello all,

this problem face had been me along time, need help..

when try import video frames layers error shows before browser appears

saying (could not complete video frames layers command because photoshop does

not support video on version of windows) note windows version 7 ultimate 32bit and

i l

i know question had been asked before may , answer may reason is

the 32 bit windows have pc same window , photoshop version same setting even

the video importing works on pc unlike laptop !

i tried format laptop windows 64 , still having same problem..

so please me solve problem , thankful

photoshop cc 2015 on windows 32 bit operating systems doesn't support video, that's reason message.

more info:

if video editing works on pc desktop, either have 64 bit windows or photoshop version older photoshop cc.

your laptop 32 bit windows 7 system , changed windows 7 64 bit system?
