biz catalyst gives validation error "(SHARED_UNKNOWN_ERROR:22)"

i working on muse site in february , came it.

it had been on biz catalyst in feb.

now validation error

it says

an unknown authentication error has occurred using adobe id, (shared_unknown_error:22)

please !

this error comes when muse goes out of sync creative cloud application.

please try following steps fix this.

1. sign out of muse help > sign out.

2. quit muse

3. sign out of creative cloud application , sign in again. sign in , sign out activate creative cloud apps

5. launch muse apps tab of creative cloud , try publish.
