Accepting the company's invitation to use Illustrator, but then it says there's not any license attribued

since hard in touch adobe support phone i'll try asking communauty !
(english's not native language, sorry if i'm not using correct words sometimes)
i'm graphic designer , trainee started working me recently. has cs6 versions illustrator crashed , need him cc version.
he first used one-month trial version , 1 expired, our chief bought illustrator license on compagny account , linked student's id. got email inviting him, clicked accept... when wanted launch illustrator creative cloud app, said trial version on , had no license @ all, no invitation, nothing ! when opened invitation message again , cliked, said invitation accepted.
we tried several times, second adobe id student created, it's same. our chief removed license , linked again, student removed illustrator before accepting , downloaded it... on account page says there's subscription active, on creative cloud, nothing ! "the trial month over".
i have point out proceeded exact same way me (but complete creative cloud subscription), using trial versions first , all, , got no problem @ all.
adobe doesn't answer our calls, don't know anymore. got problem ?

try clicking "license software", should search account active subscription when do.
