MP3 Skipping in Premiere Pro CC '15

hi everyone! i've been having issues premiere today. went go , edit video, dragged in music track, hit play, , there insane stuttering (audio cut in , out every second or so) , wouldn't play @ 1:1 ratio (it wouldn't play @ proper speed). i've tried clearing media caches several times, , thing changed not playing media @ all! i've tried several different audio devices, restarting cc, restarting pc, ect. ae has none of these issues, it's not issue pc or file. , appreciated!

try bringing file audition , exporting out .wav copy.

Soustraire une selection

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp !
