Dreamweaver - NPSWF32.dll_unloaded

hi, gave 150+ users of master collection cs6, dreamweaver v12 build 5861, times crash when saving. no error given except windows error log :

the pc's win7 64bit, (all updates april 16) mcafee av . amd a8-5600k radeon gfx built-in, 4 gb ram , 256gb sshd.

have reinstalled, stopped av, updates, new user profiles
