LMS recording incorrect score

our organisation using successfactors lms deliver e-learning courses. in process of converting our courses html5 , experiencing issues lms recording score incorrectly. don't experience these same issues courses published in flash.

 

i created course 1 quiz question (10 points) - when tested in lms answering of questions correctly recorded complete score of 100 (successfactors records percentage scored rather points).

 

i created course 5 quiz questions (50 points) - when tested in lms answering of questions correctly recorded complete, score of 80. can't work out pulling score from, doesn't relate either number of points of percentage.

 

the courses built in captivate 9, published in html5 , used following quiz settings:

 

what happens if set each of 5 quiz questions have score of 20 points total adds 100 again.  successfactors score correctly?

 

i seem remember seeing similar issue on forum weeks or months ago score less 60 percent failing.  turned out bug resolved increasing percentage or scoring points higher level.  not sure if issue related, worth trying.

 

another thing check going project > advanced interaction , checking whether have interactive objects set report quiz.  if so, may messing scoring.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
