Why is a Mac Color Picker keyboard shortcut overriding my ability to center text (Command-Shift-C)?

i'm not sure if it's os x 10.11.4 issue, or if it's because of recent change indesign - instead of letting me center text, weird system color picker shows when hit shift-command-c.

i can't find disable shortcut via system preferences; , don't want change center-text shortcut.

 

any ideas? thanks!

you can redefine indesign commands, better be, use paragraph styles instead manual overrides cause problems in long run.
