Help needed with 5d 3 teather

hi all.

 

i linked 5d3 lightroom @ shoot yest inly

to find recognised camera nothing comes through. stopped seeing camera.

 

would kniw why , how can working. using lightroom cc date

 

please

i think camera requires cf card in camera whilst tethered?
