"3d functionality is currently disabled."

every time try using 3d in photoshop cc states, "3d functionality disabled." tried edit> preferences > performances>  there no gpu settings nor see "enable open gl drawing" option either.  why??  help!!

the graphic processing setting should here? see on system?
