Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open

please helps, reason have problem window!

i received email attach file or file photo. can not open it

the window appear words below:

acrobat reader:

adobe acrobat reader dc not open'mstb_3d_withbackground(4),jpg'

because either not supported file typeor because file has been damaged

(for example, sent email attachment , wasn't correctly decoded).

reader not open jpg files. need use different program.
