Right alignment

i placing text ms word comprising list of "entries". each entry 4 or 5 lines. top line has name on left , phone number right aligned. there thousands of entries. when place text phone number not right aligned. know how can phone number placed on right in indesign?

what in between name on left , phone number should right-aligned? can replace right indent tab (shift+tab). in example below, first line has tab, second right indent tab, pushes after right margin.

for thousands of entries don't want manually... if can figure out in between 2 can search , replace ^y. in example above, if wanted replace tabs right indent tabs, search ^t (a tab) , replace ^y (a right indent tab).
