Jitter when doing fps conversion

hi there.

recently purchased premiere , testing necessary features first 14 days.

 

something noticed:

 

i'm getting jitter when slightest fps conversion progressive or interlaced, pictures jumps every half second or so. horizontal jitter.

from file name: "ame" adobe media encoder 25p , 50p, deinterlacing happens automatically understand.

     25p looks (no jitter) still lags in comparison 50p or 25i. check half/half screen comparison when lot of movement, night , day! +

     50p looks bad. can see jitter on date stamp. (i'm getting jitter on conversion 24i,24p,29p29i on fps conversion, regardless of progressive or interlaced)

 

from file name : "yadif" avidemux yadif order 0 (25fps) , 1 (bob) (50fps) deinterlace.

     25p good.. 50p looks in opinion. no jitter , quality.

 

please feedback?

bug in ame?

ame should not worse avidemux in anything. don't agree?

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
