a colleague of mine types board meeting minutes in word save them pdf fie in acrobat

unfortunately recipients without authority edit text !

 

is there  way in acrobat can disable text editing ?

any idea welcome

would inform may set document properties restricting editing text in document. 

you may set document secure, refer link :- securing pdfs passwords, adobe acrobat
