Does PE 14 support the tags of PE 3

photoshop elements 3 has worked great me 12 years.  use windows 10, looks need go version 14.  i've determined there 2 step path database v3 v14. 

 

i order pe 14, in looking @ of features, talks organizing photos, couldn't see how done.  pe 3 used system of tags, , subtags more levels deep needed.  tag photo family name, , tag different tag particular vacation, , more might tag piece of equipment represented.  , find photo looking person, or vacation, or piece of equipment. worked great, , have on 21,000 photos tagged way in database.  i've put screenprint of below.

 

when looked @ information describing pe14, shallow.  makes statements easy find photos, no screenshots of how that.

 

does 14 have photo tagging system described, , if not, replaces it.

yes, pse14 keeps same keywords categories hierarchy before..but:

it  looks need go version 14. i've determined

there 2 step path database v3 v14.

if mean steps described in paper:

convert organizer catalogs 64-bit versions | photoshop elements 13 or later

you right, can recover pse3 catalog , convert new format.

 

and:

since version 11, while structure of keyword hierarchy maintained, 3 new keyword types have been created enable new features: people (face recognition), places (geogtagging) , events. default old keywords in categories automatically moved new tabs.

if, me, want ignore new features , work before, should rename 3 masters categories (myplaces, mypeople instance) no automatic conversion takes place. follow process in above link.
