Converting/Saving as Adobe PDF from Word - Hyperlinks change

so have large manuals , provide updates time time.  when we send out summary of changes , use pdf open hyperlinks take users right page need be.

 

we have done without fail long time.  started have new user task , reason hyperlinks changing when converting in word pdf.

 

example:

we might have link like   manual.pdf#page=15

 

should open pdf page 15.

 

when @ pdf created/exported % signs , "23" added.  hyperlink incorrect , shows -- manual.pdf%23page=15

 

i can't tell if word or pdf setting issue.  heard of this?

you need pound key go page 15. watch him / doing task , watch workflow. see kind of problem on web lot when people put spaces in filenames.

 

are using destinations?

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
