Presenter 11 Quiz issues

i working in presenter 11 powerpoint 2013.  created presenter quiz , when quiz failed continue button doesn't work.  tried using "go slide" option mentioned in post go beginning of quiz , didn't work.  have slide after quiz solution mentioned in thread.  quiz set infinite attempts if failed. our team has tried can think of , can't work.  has had success??
