Open Adobe from Social Forum

i sent adobe file on qq (chinese social site) . when try open messages "acrobat  failed send ddecommand,"  , "acrobat failed connect dde server."  please  advice. thank u. april 27,2016.

what acrobat version work on?also let know os.

try solutions given below:-

 

 

solution 1) (this error occurs when have more 1 process of acrobat running)

1) go task manager pressing ctrl+alt+del

2) go processes in task manager

3) end processes related acrobat

4) launch acrobat again.

solution 2) open acrobat navigate menu & repair installation.

solution 3) check file association on system.
