at job, typset stationery such business cards, letterhead, notecards, etc. typset brochures, posters, postcards, etc. create "template" file each item , have fellow employees submit order forms information manually copy/paste appropriate templates. i'm sure there easier way it's more "automated". use combination of illustrator , indesign. appreciated!

in indesign use data merge.

 

in illustrator not simple. variables possible, major pain export kind of xml illustrator wants.
