Transitions are to fast

i able add transitions in between still photos fast blip when playing video. have figured out how manually change each transition. there way change times transitions?

yup, can go preferences > general , change default audio , video transitions there. can specify in frames or seconds, do. default video transition .67 seconds, means 20 frames if i'm working in 30p , 16 frames if i'm working in 24p.
