Dragging footage into/on Timeline Error Message

hi there,


i've seem come across issue whenever use adobe premier pro cc on os x el capitan imac.


the program works fine until try drag/reposition clip within sequence timeline.

this message, "sorry, serious error has occurred requires adobe premiere pro shut down. attempt save current project." comes , program shuts down after click 'ok'.


i don't appear 1 problem - lack of solution also.


it's rather upsetting/stressful need decent editing software use @ home university projects.


i upgraded cs6 cc in hopes issue no longer continue yet have been met disappointment.

none of forums discussing same issue appear of either went adobe support on twitter (via direct messages) in hopes direct immediately help, instructed make discussion here.


can me issue?

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
