using the free trial software - won't allow me to try the redaction tool

frustrated.  downloaded free trial of software, , don't have access try redaction tool.  colleague turned me on software (another attorney) , said trial software gave him chance try bates stamping, redaction, etc.  doing wrong?  and, why can't talk someone?  doesn't stand $400+ software package.

My closed captioning randomly doesn't show any text at different places.

i creating cc film of mine. @ points when type in text. show it. @ other points. won't. don't understand this. text won't show on actual time spots need show at. nothing registers on screen when type text in cc box in time zone.   as can see have typed yellow text in 52:00 - 59:00 mark registers absolutely no text while previous caption in red during beginning point show up. know how fix this? thanks   -ben More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

Catalog issues

in lightroom 5 tried open photo files by hitting open catalog. hit on lightroom 5 catalog icon, didn't show me files. it asked me if wanted relaunch. did relaunch , cannot find of photo files unless got "computer" on pc.   my catalogue stored in external drive. when relaunched, saw no mention made of external dirve, whole lot of writing referring c drive.   could please answer following.     1)what have done relaunching? in two lightroom books find no mention of word.   2)how return things normal , find photos in (external drive?) catalog?   when you're looking photo files, open catalog?     thank you,   al marotta i don't understand did, i'm guessing have accidentally opened wrong catalog.   in lightroom, go file->open recent , select each of catalogs shown there see if contains photos want.
