using the free trial software - won't allow me to try the redaction tool
frustrated. downloaded free trial of software, , don't have access try redaction tool. colleague turned me on software (another attorney) , said trial software gave him chance try bates stamping, redaction, etc. doing wrong? and, why can't talk someone? doesn't stand $400+ software package.
