Pages "blossom" during transition; page shifts for no reason

(mac version, 2015.1 release; 2015.1.2.44, cl 798912)

 

i'm encountering 2 issues website, jobchopchop.com: if click navigation buttons, you'll notice pages "blossom" before they're drawn. other problem pages mysteriously shift: if click on downloads button, you'll see it.

 

i checked page properties , margins , they're consistently set up, cause either or both problems?
