I am having some problem in photoshop cs6.

when typing in cs6. cannot see text on screen.
or color drawings. shape.

sorry if sounds stupid, have checked layers aren't hidden , typing in different colour background?   mean while typing, disappears, or objects , type not visible time?  if can clarify issue in more detail lot
