hello,

i'm client of 1&1 domain, business catalyst hosting, adobe muse creating site.

i can't use e-mai adress 1&1 proposing me because of worlsecure dns not 1&1 dns.

paramètres dns:

ns-0 ns1.worldsecuresystems.com

ns-1 ns2.worldsecuresystems.com

ns-2 ns3.worldsecuresystems.com

so want create 1 adobe business catalyst, it's impossible, don't have option in adminconsole.

could me create e-mail address connected domaine adobe catalyst, or change of dns, me use 1&1 e-mail address please?

hello yma,

if not see "site settings > email accounts" (see #1 below) on admin console, not on plan has email included in it. can upgrade plan does.

on other hand, think need point mx records 1&1 email can function properly. found following article might of help: 1&1 center - edit/change domain's mail servers (mx record)

what understand this:

1. have domain registered @ 1&1 - , points bc (and name servers have been updated)

2. have purchased email service 1&1 - haven't been able connect them

if so, follow steps in article above (or contact 1&1 support directly)

to access settings of mx records business catalyst, go admin console, click on site settings > site domains > mx records (see #2 below)
