Adobe Reader DC crashes for certified PDF's

i have downloaded e-transcripts in certified pdf format 2 universities went to. yesterday when downloaded it, worked fine reader dc plug-in in chrome opened transcript. today when downloaded second transcript, plug-in crashes , when save pdf desktop , try open directly opening reader first, crashes.

 

when open reader dc, first following message:

 

fetching certificate revocation list from

http://crl.globalsign.com/gs/gsprmsha2adobe.crl

 

then window disappears , dc reader stops responding.

 

what going on? how fix need view transcripts?

please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates ".

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :-  how reset preference settings in acrobat.

would know happening other documents or these one.

please check different user account admin rights replicate issue .

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
