Capture Time Doesn't Reflect Timezone (Sony a6000)
the timezone on camera (sony a6000) set pst (-08:00). however, when import photos lightroom, capture time value each photo gmt equivalent, e.g. if take photo @ 11am pst, capture time 7pm. "creation time" photo still correct, , can "fix" capture time running "change file's creation date" operation on photo. however, non-ideal because import photos yyyy_mm_dd folders, , original import (which uses incorrect capture time) puts the photo in wrong folder based on incorrect capture time. there solution this?
[there arguments made switching camera's timezone gmt, spend of time in pst , nicer boundary importing. plus, other main camera (my iphone) doesn't have same issue described above, if there's event take photos both sony , iphone , import both, photos event split across 2 separate date folders because of capture time issue.]
i'm using lightroom 5.6 on mac (el capitan 10.11.3).
thanks!

one workaround can think of is:
(1) import photos single folder.
(2) select , apply "change file's creation date" operation
(3) remove folder catalog, , re-import of photos date-structured folders.
this bit of hack think it'll work. know if there's easier though. perhaps way apply "change-to-file's-creation-date" operation during import, right before destination folder chosen? or general fix why timezone-ignoring issue.
