My Flash Player stops loading and playing half way through - Help!

hi

on chrome , firefox browsers windows 10 (flash player 21,0,0,216 installed on chrome) each time watch particular video, buffer or loading gets half way through before skips end , subsequently video plays half way.

i have tried

- cleared web browsers cache , history

- removed websites in flash player storage settings panel

- restarted computer/ browser/ modem,

- uninstalling , reinstalling flash

- tried increase global storage settings (will not save)

- contacted website of video , confirmed there no issues on there end , rub salt on wound sent print screen of video past 50%

- website gave me log in try still didn't work

 

i appreciated anyone's help, in advance , luck.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...
