there lots of different ways. here few.

add inner glow layer:

make layer mask , add circular gradient mask.

make shape or pixel layer , add gaussian blur , clip image layer that.

hi, i used animate cc-html 5 canvas develop content, after published content, text converted images. when saw in browser, when enlarge screen texts not clear.
