Missing Characters After Merging PDF Files

hi,

 

after merging 10 or more pdf files, noticed there missing characters in merged file whenever words typed in bold (e.g. letters / symbol "w", "j", "q" , "&") on consistent basis. i've checked individual pdf files no missing characters found.


i've never faced kind of problem in 2 earlier attempts in march 2016 , april 2016 merge less 10 pdf files.  

 

i using hp probook 6460b windows 7 sp1.
