Issues launching Lightroom 6 (not CC) in Windows 10, can anyone help?

purchased lightroom 6 on 13th of april (5 days ago).   downloaded , seemed install without problems.  upon launching however, windows pop says lightroom must close.  can't further splash screen.  have spent several hours uninstalling, rebooting computer, , then  re installing, both on own, , adobe chat area no avail.  have attempted find answers here in forums, have given looking organized slice of crazy pie...  regretting purchase , level of support (as there seems none... chat joke , there no phone numbers).

 

looking forward see if can me sort issue out here in forums seems option available.  haven't clue if posting in correct area or not.

you need turn off graphics processor lightroom preferences.

 

open control panel >> go device manager >> under display adapter graphics adapter >> right click , disable.

now,

open lightroom

go lightroom preferences edit menu

click on performance tab

uncheck graphics processor

restart lightroom

 

open , check if works fine, go device manager , enable graphics processor.

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
