After requesting a scan adobe waits 10 seconds before actually scanning document
until yesterday hit scan in adobe, printer (scanner) started scanning document.
now takes 10 seconds printer start scanning.
i restarted computer, printer , adobe still no change.
did microsoft update change things? looking printer? answer?
please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates "
please follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.
then pen acrobat, navigate menu & repair installation.
please check happening other applications .
if connected on network, please connect scanner locally system & check .
