Mega Sign. Adding an Image after the file has been signed, before is emailed to user

i'm using mega sign, want add image (of signature) , date, after file has been signed, before emailed user.

 

basically, sending contract our employees, after sign, want add superintendent signature (an image) contract before emailed employee.

i have second question related question above, delay email delivery of document.

 

we want give employees 2 weeks windows sign, , employees receive email signed document (and added image signature) same day (september 1, 2016).

basically employees need sign document, have 2 weeks period complete task.

 

then need add signature of superintendent contracts, great if can automatically done

 

then employees receive email signed copy of contract, on september 1, first day of school year.

we , our users using internet explorer 11.
