HP Color Laserjet Pro M252 - Not Printing PDFs

hi adobe forum,

i have problem hp color laserjet pro m252 won't print pdf documents. when attempting print pdfs, document idles @ "printing....".

information current setup:

1. client on windows 7, 64-bit workstation.

2. driver latest website - hp color laseret m252 pcl6. have tried pcl5, ps , hp universal printer drivers.

3. printer has been added local tcp/ip printer (10.45.157.31/24) , shared printer server. both have not worked.

4. workstation has adobe reader x installed latest updates. upgrading revision xi or higher not option.

5. other files able printed such microsoft word documents , pictures.

6. have tried setting adobe "print image"; did not make difference.

if has suggestions, please let me know.

check different user account admin rights replicate issue .

would suggest try installing acrobat reader dc(latest version) in environment,as version x declared eos (end of support) product version
