background: have totally completed app quite few articles , collections throughout works in our preflight version. have reached point we'd send out app few hundred people within our clients organization testing while work on getting published in app store. obviously, we'd send them "published" aem version , keep preflight ourselves can edit need on next few weeks.

 

problem: we've published of content , created link same certificates created link preflight app reason in published version, articles unavailable. (screenshot below) can access of collections fine , images show up, it's not recognizing there articles within these collections. there 1 article in entire app shows , it's on main browse page within first collection.

 

every article , collection within app has been published. i've tried unpublishing , republishing, nothing works.

 

please help!

 

 

first, check make sure products set free (unless offer sort of entitlement in app).

 

 

the "this article not available" error message appears if link article not associated collection. make sure articles added published collection. (the published collection not need in top-level hierarchy.)
