Workflow Notification for "Online Shop Purchase Form"
hi there,
i facing issue setting workflow online purchase form used on checkout page. using standard paypal payment gateway. , have created new workflow 3 third party email ids , assigned online purchase form.
for me process should work below:
1. select product
2. go checkout page
3. make payment via standard paypal
4. after purchase made, send email notification administrators , third party email ids mentioned in workflow.
but issue is, don't receive , workflow notification email after purchase done. if use other payment options cod etc, works perfect! standard paypal doesn't.
kindly me solve this!

are still facing same issue? if yes , please ensure have set paypal standard per our knowledge base article : set paypal standard payments .
also , in section says "enter primary email address associated paypal account paypal customer id field" please try replace primary email address merchant account id found on paypal profile page , check if works then?
looking forward update on this.
