Spacebar not working, nor can manipulate any text or items with Ai, In or Ps.

hi guys,

i have downloaded new adobe suite onto new pc other day , pulling hair out have been unable working correctly.

i have uninstalled , reinstalled software multiple times, removed chrome computer altogether, run ai only, no other programmes open @ same time no avail.

after contacting adobe via chat, said run pc in safe mode , see if problem persists, did , bingo, worked correctly.

this meant adobe washed hands of issue, saying there programme causing problem.

i however, bit of technical novice when comes working out issues this, stuck why happening.

i'm running windows 10 , adobe products latest ones, downloaded other day.

any appreciated.
