"This service is unavailable right now (error 1067). Check our system status page for known issues. How do I report an issue?" what's that?!


i can't save or publish document!

every time show error message "the document “design.xd” not saved."

error 1067 issue login state. should try these steps:

  1. quit adobe xd.
  2. run adobe creative cloud app applications folder (or click on creative cloud icon in menu bar if it’s running).
  3. click gear icon in upper right , choose “preferences…”
  4. click “sign out” button.
  5. after signing out, sign in again.
  6. restart adobe xd , try sharing again.
