Embedding Minion Pro and Myriad Pro into dissertation with CC subscription

hello,

 

i have creative cloud subscription. dissertation , other scientific documents made available download on university website. use minion pro , myriad pro , embed these fonts in pdf. allowed this? if it's allowed, happens creative cloud subscription expires? e.g. have active subscription now, create pdf embedded fonts , make available on university's website. in 2017 subscription expires: have remove pdf embedded fonts website?
