Premiere pro preview window lagging

i on program, it, has got stop. file specs: 1920x1080, 25fps.

im editing on asus laptop running windows 10 11.9 usuable ram.

 

i import files, render them, , play back's choppy can't edit. tried adjusting full, 1/2, 1/4...nope, no luck. tried different file type, no luck, tried smaller file... still no luck. i've tried pre-rendering , playing sequence settings. files play fine in left window, not in right. please help!

how posting laptop hardware details?

 

number , size of hard drives, , 5400 or 7200 rpm?

brand , model video card, , using cuda?

cuda, opencl, mercury playback engine, , adobe premiere pro | premiere pro work area

cpu brand , model , clock speed?
