I am printing from power point and want to preserve hyperlinks during printing. This can be done using PDFMaker, however I am limited to output options. I want to print 4 PAGES per sheet (not 4 slide handouts). Any ideas?
this functionality seems available when use print adobe pdf printer after modifying printer properties under layout tab page format. can select 4 pages per sheet. lose hyperlinks when print way. can provide insight how software print 4 full pages per sheet , still maintain hyperlink functionality?
this unfortunately case can either layout want, or interactive elements need, not both @ same time: whenever print "adobe pdf" printer, interactive elements being removed, , there no way around this. when use pdfmaker, not have access more advanced layout options.
there 2 options: can print pdf, , use tools>edit pdf>link>auto create web links urls function try detect urls , convert them links.
this not work links locations inside pdf file.
as alternative, can use pdfmaker create pdf file, , use imposition tool layout looking (e.g. using quite imposing plus - http://www.quite.com ). require 3rd part software.
