Account messed up

i closed full creative cloud account on 1 year expiration , opened new photography account.  keep getting popups on opening lightroom there problem account payment , have 1 day fix it. logout , login, corrects problem, next day when open lightroom popup error message shows lightroom, photoshop, , acrobat, being apps had under full creative cloud account. ridiculous have keep fixing this. ideas how correct permanently?

how did buy/create photography plan subscription? did use same adobe id? if did first check account on main adobe web page see if photography plan active. may need sign out , in on both cc desktop app , in lr , ps.

 

or if used different adobe id, created new one, need sign out , in using new adobe id. in cc desktop app in preferences. gear icon in upper right hand corner , select preferences.
