Holding Shift Key = no perfect circle?

worked in previous versions seems in photoshop cc not? can someone, please explain me how make work did? annoying considering returning old photoshop.

 

tried holding , drawing, prest draw press, press , draw none of above worked , instead of circle end ellipse.
