Add Graphic/Object to Paragraph Style

is possible add graphic/object paragraph style? in design team created template our internal material, unfortunately, in order apply style documents, have manually add graphic left of text every time style used.

 

note: graphic goes beyond textbox right edge of page. possible achieve paragraph style? 

you can use indyfont demo indiscripts :: indyfont  make one-character font can use before number in numbered list. you'll have make text frame wider accommodate , allow bleed, , add enough left indent other styles move them page belong.
