Looking to learn some things, anybody have anything to tell?

hello, frequent user of after effects cs6 , looking move creating high quality, paid media companies, businesses or individuals.

although have been using after effects regularly long time, has been in more of casual entertainment type of media , have lot learn side of things.

 

i know best work created when passionate they're working for/with why i'd learn as can creating work of gothic style in love style , underpopulated media-wise.

 

i ask guys if willing teach me/link me tutorials things need learn within afterfx become skilled , successful creating media businesses. (ads, intros, etc.)
