Acrobat Pro 9 Volume License Transfer

hi all,

 

one of our customers got new pc , have acrobat pro 9 on it. acrobat pro 9 activated on old pc , need use same license key new one.

 

i have used belarc extract license info when try use same license key on new pc, says not valid.

 

the license have volume license , supposed auto deactivate old pc when put on new one. (correct me if wrong)

 

and deactivation option grey on old pc.

 

anyone has encountered same issue before or advice?

please try verify serial number link : find adobe product serial number quickly

you need deactivate software old computer before putting in new computer .

also refer link : troubleshoot adobe activation , deactivation issues , error messages  , error: "the serial number not valid product" | adobe creative suite

could please let me know os version on new computer ?

Sizing images of multiple resolutions for print on a page of one resolution

this may basic photoshop question betrays lack of experience digital workspace, i'd know how lay out multiple images of varying resolutions on 300 ppi page intended print.   say have 3 images: 1 300 ppi, 3 x 4 inches,  4 x 5 inches, 900 ppi , third 4 x 5 inches, 600 ppi.   i've created single page 300 ppi, 8 x 10 inches. images fit, physical size. when drop 600 ppi , 900 ppi images page, blow twice , 3 times space, spoiling efforts lay them out. similarly, if cut ppi on higher-ppi images 300, blow well.   the possible option see might work resample/bicubic automatic. wouldn't reduce quality of image?   thanks! an image file single file no matter how many layers , images , image sizes  in there 1 resolution 1 resolution layers  , images have same resolution setting current resolution set document or file.   you can process image file , save out files have different resolution , different image size open image.  batch using photoshop  im...

Illustrator cs6 "Invalid Serial Number"

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
