Another Flash debugger may be running.

i starting getting message when trying debug flex web application flex builder 3 - "another flash debugger may running. close continue."

 

i can't find solutions issue every time happens have sign out of account on computer or restart entirely clear issue. closing flex builder has no effect. open , try debug again message comes up.

 

what can prevent happening? or @ least, there process running can kill or other way clear message without restarting?
