Unable to install/activate Acrobat 9 Standard
i upgrading laptop user , had adobe acrobat 9 standard on old one. (windows 7 64-bit on both laptops) able copy key/serial number , deactivate product on old laptop. tried install on new laptop , when enter serial number, states "invalid serial number." have verified 24 digits long, , without hyphens, ran adobe cleaner, , waited day before trying again. went , tried re-activate on old laptop , gives me same message serial number invalid. not understand why not transfer serial number new laptop or why won't re-activate on old one.
i unable use chat option not available/working. shows text , not link initiate chat session. there no phone or email support acrobat either, out of options... appreciated!
