No set Target Collection when Option-Clicking on a collection folder

how "set target collection" option in popup window when option-clicking on collection folder on imac?  @ point can find no way set collection folder target folder.  according area looked @ directions option-click on floder in collections area , "set target collection" option appear on computer not.  in fact nothing different happens when either click on folder or option-click on folder.  using lightroom 6 stand alone version , have installed latest update.

on mac not option-click bring context menu control-click.   instead of doing use right-click same thing.
