Documents not loading...

hi there,

 

a couple of days ago, echosign (adobe sign) stopped loading on 1 of computers; although, have been using computer sign documents daily year.  have 2 computers.  loading fine on older (as dinosaur) computer not on newer computer.  computer not loading documents using windows 10 , chrome.  tried going directly adobe sign , signing in, , still not work.  grey screen "adobe sign" in upper left-hand corner.
