Scanning Black Page

acrobat pro xi. create pdf scanner displaying black page, using brothers mf9330cdw.

i have uninstalled acrobat & printer , reinstalled.

sorry issue facing. can please share following information identify , resolve issue asap:

 

- acrobat version

- os detail

- facing issue after recent update?

- scanner working fine without acrobat?
